Our Story
Saffire Chocolates was founded in 2005 by my gran, Angela, after she completed a chocolate-making diploma and spent six months in Belgium. I joined Saffire at 14, took over the business in 2023 and opened our dedicated chocolate production unit in Hingham, Norfolk, in January 2026.

I joined Saffire aged 14 and began learning the craft of chocolate making.

I officially took over Saffire Chocolates as the third generation to continue the business.

Hi, I'm Kat
I'm the owner and third-generation chocolate maker behind Saffire Chocolates. I joined the business when I was 14 and took over in 2023.
Today, I handcraft Saffire's chocolates from our production unit in Hingham, Norfolk, continuing what my gran started in 2005 while building the next chapter of the business.
