Where our story began
Built across three generations, with my gran, my parents and me all playing a part in the Saffire Chocolates story.

Our story
Saffire Chocolates was founded in 2005 by my gran, Angela, after she completed an online chocolate-making diploma and spent six months in Belgium. I joined the family business at 14, took over in 2023 and opened our dedicated production unit in Hingham in January 2026.

Angela founded Saffire Chocolates after completing her diploma and spending six months in Belgium.
2012
I joined the family business aged 14 and began learning the craft of chocolate making.
2023
I officially took over Saffire Chocolates and continued the family tradition.

We received the keys to our dedicated production unit in Hingham, Norfolk.

I'm the owner and chocolate maker behind Saffire Chocolates. I joined the family business at 14 and took over in 2023.
