Saffire Chocolates was founded in 2005 by my grandmother, Angela, with a passion for creating delicious handmade chocolates.

Over the years, Saffire became a true family business, with my gran, mum, dad and me all playing a part in its journey. I joined the business in 2012 at the age of 14, helping wherever I could and learning the craft from the ground up.

In 2023, I was proud to take over Saffire Chocolates from my gran and continue the business she built. Today, I run Saffire single-handedly, making every chocolate, packing every order, managing the website, creating social media content, sending marketing emails and attending events throughout the year. My partner, Harry, occasionally lends a hand when things get especially busy.

Every truffle, chocolate bar and gift box is made in small batches using Cocoa Traced chocolate and carefully selected ingredients. By keeping things small, I can focus on quality, attention to detail and giving every order the care it deserves.

What started as my gran's passion over twenty years ago has become mine too. While a lot has changed since 2005, the heart of Saffire remains the same: creating delicious chocolates and providing personal service to every customer.
