Dispatch & delivery

Items purchased will usually be packed and dispatched within up to 7 working days of your order being placed. During particularly busy periods, including Christmas, Valentine's Day, Easter and other seasonal peaks, dispatch times may be longer. If there is likely to be a significant delay, we will contact you as soon as possible.

The delivery address will be the address provided by you when placing your order. Please ensure all delivery details are correct, as we cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect information.

To help ensure our chocolates arrive in the best possible condition, orders are dispatched Monday to Thursday only. This prevents parcels from being held in transit over the weekend, particularly during warmer weather.

Where possible, we reuse and recycle packaging materials as part of our commitment to reducing waste and minimising our environmental impact.
