What makes Saffire Chocolates different?

Saffire Chocolates is a third-generation family business, established in 2005. We’re a women-led brand with a strong focus on flavour, craftsmanship and handmade chocolate made in small batches.

Do you make your chocolate by hand?

Yes. All of our chocolates are handmade in small batches. The only machines we use are tempering machines, everything else is done by hand to ensure quality, care and flavour.

Can I send chocolate directly to the recipient?

Yes. You can send your order directly to the recipient and add a gift note during checkout. If you can’t find the note section, simply email us with your order number and message and we’ll add it for you.

What are your shipping options?

We offer Royal Mail Tracked 24 and Royal Mail Tracked 48 delivery. Both options are fully tracked so you can follow your order from dispatch to delivery.

Do you ship internationally?

Not just yet. We currently ship within the UK only, but we’re actively looking into international delivery. Keep an eye on our social media and newsletters for updates.

Do you ship during warm weather?

Yes. We monitor temperatures closely and take extra care during warmer weather. Orders are shipped in insulated packaging with ice packs where needed to help protect your chocolates in transit.

How should I store my chocolate?

Store your chocolate at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and heat. Avoid refrigerating unless absolutely necessary, as this can affect texture and flavour.

What happens if my chocolates arrive damaged?

If your chocolates arrive damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with proof and we’ll be happy to arrange a replacement.

Do you supply businesses or offer corporate gifts?

Yes. We offer corporate gifting as well as wholesale options. Please get in touch to discuss your requirements.

What is your return policy?

Due to the perishable nature of chocolate, we’re unable to accept returns. However, if there’s an issue with your order, please contact us and we’ll do our best to resolve it quickly.
